The summer house built in 300 sqm area in the coast of Vestfold, Southern of Norway by Jarmund / Vigsnaes AS Architects MNAL. The architects re-decorating this house with replacing an older at the site with adds the terrain, both in terms of shape, scale, material and color. The house and terraces are partly built upon existing stone walls; the parts of the walls which are new are made of stones from the blasting at the site. The low elongated volume is cut into to allow for wind shielded outdoor areas, embraced by the house itself.
The summer house also completed with beautiful swimming pool with sustainable terrace. On the outer the pool also adds with a glass fence to protect from the wind. This house design with sustainable material like Kebony wood, wood which durability towards the exposure to salt water.
